Atlanta Luxury Rentals was founded in May of 2016 by CEO Chad Salenius with a singular goal: to create a new standard for luxury living in Atlanta—one that rivals the world’s finest hotels while offering the space, privacy, and comfort of a private residence.
Before entering the luxury housing space, Chad owned a nationally distributed, to-the-trade furnishings company serving 13 interior design showrooms across the United States. To-the-trade furnishings are crafted for designers, not retail consumers—defined by superior construction, premium materials, and an uncompromising level of customization. The collection featured sofas, club chairs, counter stools, barstools, and ottomans, offered in more than 150 designer fabrics, 100 leathers, and over 20 custom wood finishes.
